Reasons to leave

"Leader" There’s many reasons why over 4 million Venezuelans have fled their home country, the largest exodus the Americas has ever seen. One major reason is because of this pictured pillock saltimbanco asshat named Nicolas Maduro. Even though he’s an incompetent and cruel “leader” of a country, he does hold a couple of number 1 world rankings. Venezuela has THE HIGHEST murder rate in the world. Venezuela has the worlds WORST economy.

Venezuela has THE HIGHEST murder rate in the world.
Venezuela has the worlds WORST economy.
Soon, Venezuelans will out number Syrians as the world’s most displaced people.

Yesterday, a young Venezuelan boy who walked through countries to find refuge showed us his mangled shoes. Even though most of us don’t see Venezuelans suffering on the street or in the news, they are, and they appreciate you keeping them in your thoughts.
We wholeheartedly thank you for your kind donations. These neglected Venezuelans thank us for the help, but the real credit goes to you.
Gracias.

No Food and Medicine.

There’s many reasons why over 4 million Venezuelans have fled their country, the largest exodus the America’s have ever seen.
One is because there isn’t any food or medicine.
Financial collapse has emptied most stores and pharmacies, leaving no choice but to flee.
One mother, now here in Ecuador, remembers how she had to decide if her kids would have breakfast, lunch, or dinner. She finally decided to escape when her three year old son was sick and she couldn’t find any medicine.
Thank you for your support in helping us and GRACE empower refugee families like this.

FOUL FUNDS.

There’s many reasons why over 4 million Venezuelans have left their home country, the largest exodus the Americas has ever seen.

One major reason is because their currency, the bolivar, is literally not worth the paper it’s printed on. With hyperinflation and the worlds worst economy, most Venezuelans can’t afford the very basics like food or medicine.

As of today, the bolivar is worth less than a millionth of a dollar. To put this into perspective, minimum wage in Venezuela is 1.2 million bolivars a month, which is just over a dollar. And because of hyperinflation, you would have to work over 2 months to buy a carton of eggs.

You read that correctly.

With a never-quit spirit, some Venezuelans are trying to make money out of, well, money. Pictured here is a beautiful swan made from small and large bolivar notes. Imagine using hundreds of $100 bills to make some origami in hopes that you can sell it for a couple of dollars so that you can buy your children some bread. With desperate situations like this, we’re sure that you too would leave your home in search for a better place.

Thank you very much for supporting us so that we can give a helping hand to our desperate neighbors. Empty pockets will not hold these Venezuelans back, only empty heads and empty hearts.
